What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?

DPC is a membership-based model where you pay your physician directly — no insurance billing. In exchange you get longer visits, same or next day access, transparent pricing, and a real relationship with your provider.

Do I still need insurance?

We recommend keeping a high-deductible plan to cover emergencies, hospitalizations, and specialists. Most members save overall when they pair DPC with a leaner insurance plan.

Are visits really unlimited?

Yes. Members pay a flat monthly fee and can schedule home visits or message us as often as needed — within reason for routine primary care. Because I bring care directly to you, there is no physical brick-and-mortar office to visit.

How much do labs and supplements cost?

Members get wholesale lab pricing (often 70–90% off) and 10% off all supplements in our apothecary.

Can I cancel anytime?

Memberships are annual contracts. While you are committed to the full year, you can choose not to renew at the end of your contract term.
